Questions about branding.
Which plan do I need to add my logo?
Premium, at $8.99 a month. It includes image and text logos, removal of the Powered-by badge, photo uploads for participants, API access and PNG export. Enterprise adds a custom background image and custom CSS.
What logo formats work?
PNG, JPG or WebP up to 300 KB. A transparent PNG looks best on both light and dark designs. You can also use a text logo, which is your company or event name in the board's typeface.
Does the logo show on the embedded board and the exported image?
Yes. The logo is part of the board, so it appears on the venue screen, the shared link, the website embed and the PNG export.
Can I brand several boards for one event?
Yes. Premium covers 20 boards and Enterprise 200. Each board has its own logo, so a sponsor board can carry the sponsor's mark while the main board carries yours.
Are custom columns a paid feature?
No. Custom columns are available on every plan, including free. You can add number, text, image and time columns next to the main score.
What happens to branding if I cancel?
The board keeps working. The Powered-by badge returns and the logo slot goes back to the default. Your boards and scores are not removed.
