Can I create a leaderboard from a Google Sheet?
Yes. Connect your Google account, paste the sheet link, and map which column is the name and which is the score. BoardQ reads the sheet and builds a live leaderboard that updates automatically - no formulas or CSV exports.
What if my columns are named differently?
Your headers can be named anything. After connecting you map meaning to columns - e.g. “Agent” becomes the name and “Tickets” the score. No specific names required.
How often does it update?
You choose the sync frequency (5 min, 15 min, hourly, daily) and can also trigger a manual sync. Connected viewers see changes live.
Does BoardQ change my sheet?
No - access is read-only. Your spreadsheet stays the source of truth; the leaderboard just mirrors it.
