BoardQ lets You build leaderboards from data You provide. Depending on how You use the Service, this may include:
You control this data: You can edit or delete entries, remove participants, disconnect an integration, or delete a board at any time from within the Service.
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the Service. They process data only on Our behalf and only to provide their function. These include, among others: payment processing (Stripe), application hosting, analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude), transactional email, AI processing for the import feature (OpenAI), and the integrations You choose to connect (Google, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk). We do not sell Your personal data.
If You connect Google Sheets, BoardQ requests permission to read the specific spreadsheet(s) You choose (read-only Google Sheets access) and Your Google account email address (to identify the connected account). We use this access only to read the data You map and keep Your leaderboard in sync. We do not modify Your spreadsheets, and We do not request write access.
BoardQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, We do not use Google user data for advertising, We do not sell it, We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide or improve the integration (or for security, legal or to comply with applicable law), and We do not allow humans to read it except with Your consent, for security or abuse investigations, or where required by law. You can revoke BoardQ's access at any time by disconnecting the integration in the board settings or via Your Google Account permissions.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
